No fixed package tiers yet — the real version of how a project actually moves, so you know what to expect before you write the enquiry, not after you’ve committed.
Discovery
You describe the problem via the enquiry form or a direct call. We ask about the constraints that actually determine whether this is buildable the way you’re imagining it — compliance requirements, data handling rules, what existing systems it has to talk to — before we propose anything. If we don’t understand your domain yet, we say so and ask instead of guessing.
Scoping
We come back with what we’d actually build, a realistic sense of how long it takes, and how we’d price it. No scope is assumed up front, and we’d rather tell you a project is bigger than you think now than discover that halfway through a fixed-price build.
Build
Work happens in the open — you see real progress against the scoped plan, not a black box until a single big reveal at the end. If something in scoping turns out to be wrong once we’re actually building, we tell you immediately, not at the deadline.
Delivery & handoff
You get the working system, the source, and what you actually need to run or extend it yourselves — not a permanent dependency on us. If you want an ongoing relationship after that, that’s a separate, explicit conversation, not something baked in by default.
